PulmoLogic Clinical is designed as a stateless clinical decision support tool. We do not automatically collect, transmit, or store any patient data entered into the application.

All clinical inputs — respiratory support settings, vital signs, blood gas values, and physical assessment findings — exist only within your current browser session and are discarded when you close or reset the application. Clinical values entered into assessment tools are not stored in the PulmoLogic database.

The hosted website uses Bolt's built-in analytics, which may process aggregate usage and technical information such as page views, session counts, referring source, approximate country or region, device/browser information, and performance information.

• No patient-identifying information is required to use the application, and users should never enter patient-identifying information.
• No clinical assessment data is sent to our servers or linked to analytics.
• Bolt's built-in analytics process only aggregate, anonymized usage and technical information.
• If you contact us by email, we retain only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Aggregate usage and technical information collected through Bolt's built-in analytics is used only for analytics, application performance, security, and troubleshooting.

We do not sell, license, or share any data — anonymized or otherwise — with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

• Analytics are not used for advertising.
• Analytics are not used for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
• Analytics are not linked to patient information or clinical assessment inputs.
• PulmoLogic does not sell analytics information.
• Usage analytics are never linked to individual users or patient encounters.
• No data is shared with insurance companies, healthcare systems, or third-party advertisers.
• Aggregate feedback may be used to prioritize new clinical modules and content updates.

PulmoLogic Clinical is an educational clinical decision support tool intended to assist respiratory therapists, nurses, physicians, and other licensed clinicians in reviewing differential diagnoses and clinical reasoning frameworks.

This application does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions, interventions, and patient care activities must be made by qualified licensed professionals exercising independent clinical judgment, within the scope of their license, and in accordance with their institution's policies and current evidence-based guidelines.

• Application outputs are educational frameworks, not definitive diagnoses.
• Clinical content is reviewed for general accuracy but may not reflect the most current evidence or your institution's specific protocols.
• The application is not a substitute for clinical experience, physician direction, or institutional policies.
• Neonatal (NICU) and pediatric (PICU) modules are intended for educational orientation, not independent bedside decision-making.

By using PulmoLogic Clinical, you agree to use the application in a manner consistent with your professional licensure, your employer's policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Do not enter real patient identifiers (name, MRN, DOB, SSN) into any application field.
• Do not use application outputs to replace clinical assessment, physician orders, or established care protocols.
• Report any clinical content errors or safety concerns to contact@pulmologicclinical.com so they may be reviewed and corrected promptly.
• Ensure your device is secured and access-controlled when using the application in a clinical environment.
• Do not share application access credentials (if applicable in future versions) with unauthorized individuals.

PulmoLogic Clinical is actively developed. Future versions of the application may introduce features that involve account creation, cloud data storage, or user authentication. If and when such features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect how data is collected, stored, and protected.

Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through a notice within the application and a revision to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
